1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: name, business email, company, country or region, product and application interest, cooperation interest, estimated quantity and project details. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or another channel, we receive the information you choose to send.

Our form service may also process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the form, such as the time of submission and basic request metadata.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
• To prepare a device shortlist, datasheet request or quotation
• To manage an ongoing commercial relationship
• To understand how the website is used and improve it
• To comply with legal, tax and record-keeping obligations

4. Legal basis

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process inquiry information because you have asked us to provide information or a quotation, because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We use service providers for website hosting and form processing, including Formspree, and may share information with manufacturing, logistics or professional advisers where needed to respond to your request. Where advertising measurement is enabled, Google may process limited technical information as described in section 7. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and maintain the business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by applicable law.

7. Cookies, consent and advertising measurement

We store a small cookie-consent preference in your browser local storage so the site can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. This preference is necessary for the site to respect your choice and is not used to track you across other websites.

If advertising measurement is enabled, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether visitors who click our advertisements submit an inquiry. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, the page you visited, the browser you use and the fact that an inquiry was submitted. Google may set advertising cookies only after you select “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you reject optional cookies, the Google tag runs in consent-denied mode and does not set advertising cookies; Google may still receive cookieless signals for measurement.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we introduce analytics or other tracking technologies, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

8. International transfers

Inquiry information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect inquiry information. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
